Our high intensity class designed to build strength, and incorporate short bursts of cardio. Using a dumbbells, bands, & body weight to formulate a jam packed one hour workout.
A high intensity interval workout that will burn fat, build endurance & strength. This workout is a great combination of cardio, strength and plyometric exercises.
A challenging workout targeting lower body and core. A class offering a variety of body weight & light weight exercises helping to build and tone.
This class is designed to build lean muscle. Using weights, barbells & plates, bands and body weight hitting all parts of the body. (NO CARDIO)
Full body workout 1 hour of strength and conditioning using barbells, bands and dumbbells.
